Corbett Aftercare

Spanish Club

The Corbett Aftercare Spanish Club starts FEBRUARY 19th! This afterschool class is open to k-8 students and designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Work will be differentiated based on skills, interests and peer groups.

Spanish aftercare runs from the end of school until as late as 5:30. Children can stay for some or all of the time - I'm happy to work with individual student's lessons around your schedule.  During the club students will receive individualized lessons, lasting around 15-20 minutes, then choose projects to practice the skills from their lessons.

During Spanish Club students will:

* receive grammar and vocabulary instruction

* participate in cooking, music, games & crafts

* have fun!

The fee for each class session is a sliding scale of 30-60 dollars and I ask that families choose a rate that aligns with their resource level.

Enrollment is limited to 15 students a day and students are welcome to sign up for more than one day. Please email me with any questions at katie@spanishmontessori.org

Club Policies

  • Absences

    Students are welcome to do a makeup session on another club day if scheduled in advance. Please email katie@spanishmontessori.org to make arrangements.

  • Sliding Scale

    I use a sliding scale payment system to make the Spanish program accessible to all. However, if enrollment is still financially not feasible for your family, please reach out to me about your situation and we will work something out.

  • Calendar

    A reminder there are no classes on during Spring Break from March 24-27, or on May 26.

I’m super excited to start working with Corbett students! I have over two decades of experience teaching Spanish, designing curriculum and afterschool Spanish programs. I’m looking forward to getting to know my students and their families.
